This is where we design how you would like the service to operate. How we share information and whether this is white labelled with your brand.
We look at each client in depth and record how they usually interact with payroll, when they provide information and how they like to receive it back. As well as how their reports and payslips are delivered. We will record all the static information for each client.
We upload each employee into our system with their static data.
We enter the year to date figures and run a test run. This is to ensure that all additions and deductions and the year to date figures are calculating correctly.
We start to work with the live data and interact with your clients. This is a process of continual development, where we continue to build information on your clients as we learn more.
